Also, I know this is late and so was the last post, and this post won’t have a clue since I’m on my phone, so I’m going to offer an explanation, which, if you pay attention, may help you with ID...

I haven’t had good internet access recently, and I was home for a very short period of time after nats before leaving to go elsewhere. I’ve been super busy. I’m still working out clues, but it’s taking me longer and even the last clue was written on my phone. I’m really really sorry a lot of things have been late, and I can start again in earnest either tomorrow or Monday, depending on how my schedule works out.

Again sorry for the SUPER long wait, and I haven’t forgotten about you guys.

SUPER is capitalized, I think that's the clue. Also, it's peculiar that it's not Things2do since he went to somewhere with limited internet access for a while as well. He asked for the superlatives to be extended. So who else do we know who went to a sort of isolated place? Also for the suspected victim, I think it might be ESBoi because s/he was targeted before and there were pine needles in the clue, which was also in the last.
