I was just on the wiki page and counted the number of Division B spots, yet I only counted 59 (I double-checked). Can anyone tell me why this is?

EDIT: Wait, I think it's because West Virginia is missing.

EDIT2: After checking the WVSO site, it says Division B was cancelled. Does this raise the possibility of another state earning a second bid?

It'll either be Missouri or Tennessee. We'll see at around April 1st, when they release final team numbers for nats.
