I don't understand why NJSO put 1 event for each team in Block 5 and made all the rest crammed into the first four blocks. I wonder what is going on inside their heads. :? :?

That seems to be a common trend among the NJ competitions I've been to. I think it might have to do with the fact that tests from Block 5 have the least time to be graded, and they don't want to have to rush.

What's the point of having a 5th Block if there is only one event. NJSO could push the awards ceremony back 30 more minutes, which will allow more time for the ES to grade the tests.
