The only thing about our region is that they don't post the scores or tests online. It would be really convenient if they did that, but they don't seem to want to.

good and bad.. good because then if something slips and they dont notice it can be for ur benefit. but they read the rules like the day of competition.

gh wrote:Our regionals has all the events, but we were REQUIRED to select seven (I think) events that won't get counted. For those events, you can either enter them and be ranked (though your rank won't count, and everybody below you get shifted up), or just omit them. It would be wise to still enter the events, since we have states in March, and you'd better be ready by the time regionals are around. I wonder if they'll have Junkyard in C this year.

Anyways, I figure the really good teams would probably enter the trial events at regionals, since those teams have good members, and fewer other teams compete in trials. I don't make those decisions for my team, so I wouldn't know.
i wish my regionals did that... do they give the medals cauz they might be easier to get, except the good teams r gonna do it i guess

Well, they send the scores to each individual team, but it would be nice to see how the other teams did relative to you. They feel like the scores are "confidential", but honestly I don't think it really matters, even if you did get last or something. They don't send out the tests, period.
