Scioly Tests

I am wondering, do test makers base a lot of questions of the handouts of the subject? Because all the tests I took, 90 percent of the questions were from the handouts

That depends on the test maker, but test makers generally start with the info which every competitor should know (possibly based on the questions from the handouts) and then branch out, mixing in more difficult and more in-depth questions, which require more knowledge and experience with the field being tested on.

Codebusters Div B event. How many questions should be there in the test? For how many points the test has to be set?

Codebusters is not a Div B event as far as I know.

Codebusters is not a Div B event as far as I know.
Codebusters is an official Div B event in SoCal.
