Ackerman Steering
How do I incorporate Ackermann steering into my vehicle on the same pair of wheels that will carry the threaded rod and wingnut?

Then where do I put my threaded rod? The other axle contains the wrapped string attached to the mousetrap.shrewdPanther46 wrote:there isnt a fixed axle in ackermann connected to the wheels iirc

Re: Ackerman Steering
You might just have to make the threaded rod the pull axle, then? The wingnut doesn't really move that much if you have a thinner diameter, so perhaps you could set it there. But maybe if you're feeling brave, maybe you could have two threaded axles parallel to one another, connected by gears, so that the pull rod is geared into the wingnut axle which is attached to the wheels.Zxcvbnm123 wrote:Then where do I put my threaded rod?
