The way that it was explained to me is that Chalker is a National Event Supervisor who is active here. His signature states that he's also the Rules chair.

Plus a lot of other hats I wear / have worn in SciOly, such as Nationals scoring director and assistant coach. But frankly the role I've most proud of is former competitor. I think the other reason I know so many people / people know me is that there are actually 4 of us in my immediate family intimately involved in SciOly at the national level. Hence the Chalker name pops up a lot when you include my mother and 2 brothers....
