the first passage reminds me of quirrell, how he went exploring and met Voldemort. but it could have nothing to do with the clue..
and just to get things straight, the forest part of my game had nothing to do with kate, it was just part of the story...
edit: the first word of each sentence for the first part are :he who shall not be.. coincidence? and crushed has a extra 'd'
edit 2: OHHH maybe its targeting Name, cuz the last word should be 'named'
edit 3: and the last sentence suggests that Name was never the sassy..? "I was never he"
idk if this is an ID clue or a target clue..if the target isn't name then he/she is the sassy lol

I protect Name due to this reasoning. Look slike I'm not the only one who made the Tom Marvolo Riddle reference. I don't know if this is important, but Tom Marvolo Riddle scrambles to I Am Lord Voldemort.

Ok, so, "riddle" and "tom" are italicized. If you switch the order you get Tom Riddle... Harry Potter reference?
Also, the "All those who know this fear me" part can be a possible reference of game 126. The dark forest part can reference that one clue in that game that targeted kate!. All in all, I have a suspicion that this clue is targeting me as I was the one that first made the Harry Potter reference on that clue.

I protect myself based on the reasoning above, because I'm an officer, and because I don't know who else to protect, and I won't be able to get on until late tonight (most likely after Sassy strikes).

Something that appears to be a small car comes after name, remotely being driven by me. You can't have a better tool for assasination- quite, stealthy, and effective. Once it makes the final approach on name, a silver light appears. Seems to looks like a cat. Somehow, it's transparent, and still manages to repels the small car. Endlessly, the car contiously tries and get past me, but the car starts beeping, slowly at first, then rapidly speeding up. Trying to get past the silver cat, I put a final boost into the car, trying for some way to get to name, the car explodes. GRR. My target has survived again... I want revenge. Mission failed. We'll get them next time.
