Dang, that's a nice shirt. While ours is not as aesthetically pleasing you cannot beat "No Flux Given" in the form of a flux heat equation for the word 'flux' with custom last names and numbers on the back. If you're in Div. C or higher you should get the reference

It should match(or at least be close) to a color that represents your school, what is the tile colors like in your school?
