I've certainly correctly protected, but I've never even attempted an accusation.

Yes! Basic biology, eukaryotes have the DNA enclosed in the nucleus, while prokaryotes do not have a nucleus and the DNA just... floats around in there. As much as I remember anyway, there's more differences too.

The person below me...... has seen at least 2 episodes of Bill Nye The Science Guy.
