Adding unused files to Test Exchange?

I am going through the unused files section and I found some tests that could be added to the test exchange. Do I just edit the page and add said tests, or is there a specific protocol I need to follow? The upload instructions are throwing me off

The easiest way, in my opinion: Go to the relevant section, edit the page with descriptive file names. After that, scroll to the section, click on each of the redlinks, and upload the correct file.
