Wright Stuff Flight Log Information

I am new to Science Olympiad so please forgive me. We are almost done building our monoplane but I cannot seem to find any information on the flight logs except that if we do not have one 30% is off their score and if it is incomplete 10% is off the score. Is there information somewhere on how many flights need to be logged or how many hours need to be logged? Is there a sheet that has this information with the parameters we are monitoring?

I have searched high and low and cannot find it (although I do recall seeing it once but not any longer when I need it). Thanks in advance for any and all help!
