Back feet. Mudpuppies have four, mole salamanders five. Plus, mudpuppies are much larger.

ok sorry 'nother question: how do u tell the difference between all these frog calls? i mean, they sound different and everything, but they sound like they greatly vary even within the family/genus
once i thought i got the treefrog call down i hear one more and it sounds completly different!
one more thing: does ne1 know nething about the Clemmys genus of turtles or know some good links to find out about them because thats like the only thing i can't find nething 4

First of all, if the frogs are the same sepcies but their calls sound different its probably because its a male and female.
Second of all, go to google and look up Clemmys, once there advance search and type in Clemmys genus of turtles.

or you could search clemmys turtle, or clemmys genus.
