"Putting shoes together" and "birds of a feather" are both about grouping things or pairing them up. Maybe we have to pair/group those sets of numbers somehow?

But the sassy directs us to "Solve this clue just like putting shoes together like birds of a feather." So it seems like they are telling us that we need to put the numbers together, not that the numbers have already been put together.

Possibly... But I don't know what we are supposed to do after we find a user with a username that matches, because don't Sassies usually kill people who are active? Maybe something like same school, same day joined, etc.

Unapologetically, I must inform you that once again, you have had bad luck this Friday the 13th, and I have claimed another victim. I was traveling along a very narrow, winding road, and in the dim light, it was very hard to control my vehicle. It was too late when I saw a person in my headlights. I braked in time to regain control back on the road, but in doing so, I knocked the poor soul off the cliffside and into an abyss.

NeilMehta is dead.

There is one more substitution left, should you guys use it. You know the drill.

I thought my next target had already been killed before my fatherly buddy lost some important parts of his life, but I guess s/he faked it or something since I sense that s/he’s still alive. But my soon-to-be victim's noble weapon won’t scratch my villainous weapon. I’ll be landing some deep wounds, though.

also... the image looks like a seismograph (from dp) when i googled it it is a tree....

That is not a seismogram. A seismogram would feature a small p-wave, followed by a larger s-wave, followed by very large surface waves. The picture makes it look like the two sets of waves are uniform.
