I interpret rule 14 as the rule can only apply to the current Assassinators' game it should not be a rule that will effect the next game

I accuse Cooltiger of being assassinator because he has been involved in the last few games and hasn't participated at all in this one. Also, Cooltiger usually spells things correctly and this assassinator usually is too.
