What has the length of rubber you used and what thickness?

The width I used was either 0.081" or 0.087" and the picture looks like either 2 or 3 loops for a length of approximately 9" when mounted on the launcher. Different length and width combinations can be used. No fancy science was used to decide my length, just trial and adjustment.

How long was your total rubber band and how did you archery release work?

I won't say how long my rubber band is because I don't know and it is also a detail you should experiment with. The archery release clips onto a loop of fishing line very securely tied to the ETV. A trigger line is tied to the trigger of the archery release such that when the mass falls near its lowest point, it pulls the trigger line, releasing the fishing line.

Judging by 2.e it seems like that would be alright, so long as the backstop is rigid and flat, and is not designed to cushion the egg. You should submit a FAQ to be sure, however (and even then it depends on the individual event supervisor).

Depends on your design. I do not remember how many grams the printed components of my ETV are.

What size of axles did you use for your 3d printed car?

The non-threaded axle was a 0.125" stainless steel rod, and the threaded axle either had 6-32 or 8-32 threads. Since the diameters are different, different wheel hubs are needed for each axle.
