Is being used to potentially eliminate Dengue Fever, scientists looking into possibilities for malaria and Zika as well.

The Baltimore classification system is based on the nucleic acid present in the genome (DNA or RNA), whether is is single-stranded or double-stranded, whether the genome is positive-sense or negative-sense, and their method of replication.
The ICTV classification system shares many features with taxonomy classification of cellular organisms like animals and bacteria. The names of orders and families are italicized, unlike normal taxonomic systems. Classified as: order, family, subfamily, genus, and species. Specie names are based on the disease they cause (e.g. Cowpox virus or West Nile virus). There are currently 7 orders, based on common ancestry, host organisms, and genomes.

Yup Just a note on the first one, a more exact way to describe the baltimore classification system is that it's classified based on what genetic material the virus has and how that material progresses to mRNA
And the ICTV system could also be called the hierarchical classification system

The elm bark beetle and the European bark beetle spreads the fungus responsible for Dutch elm disease when feeding on elms. 
Penicillin prevents peptidoglycan, the molecule responsible for the structural strength bacterial cell wall, from cross linking properly. This greatly weakens the cell wall, and since the weakened cell wall is not able to hold up to osmotic pressure, the bacterium lyses.

Yup, pretty much penicillin specifically inhibits the enzyme that cross links the peptidoglycan your turn
