I remember two years ago it was like March 20th or something, and then last year it was mid-April. So there's a pretty big range where it could be

The combined B/C state tournament at SPSU was late March. All the years that Emory has hosted the Division C state tournament the date has been early to mid April.

Hmm, yes. 2015 and 2012 the Div C tournament was on the same day as the Div B tournament but in different locations. I think Lance Crimm had a great fear of a 9th grader competing in both the Div. B and Div C state tournaments.

Ok; seems like half the time someone puts in a new rule there's something real that caused it and the other half is just rumors. Div C State date has been added to the OP.
