The sassy has probably been the sassy previously, but it could be someone who everyone's forgetting. Also, I don't think it's Skystrider- this sassy's writing style is different than Skystrider's in the first game.

I don't think the whole Buffalo Bill thing is a part of the ID clue. By the way, someone should PM Sassy to find a replacement for Skystrider.
