I think Troy is going to win hands-down.

1. Troy

Top 5 teams (below Troy and in no order):
Mounds View
Mira Loma
Harriton
LASA (if we make it)
Mentor

7-10 in no order:
Other Texas team that qualifies (Clements or Seven Lakes)
Centerville
Munster
F-M/Adlai/Grand Haven

EDIT: To be honest I don't think the rankings are very clear cut this year other than that Troy is going to win again. Places 2-10 could go any way depending on how much teams improve since MIT and other invitationals and their state competitions and how badly teams do in certain events.

In that case, I think Chattahoochee should be #10. I was really impressed with their performance at MIT and I know they have a lot of smart and talented people there.

Mentor seems to be the popular choice over Centerville from Ohio... not sure why, because even though Mentor had a really strong showing at MIT Centerville is still, in my opinion, the most consistent Ohio team, especially in-state.

Either way, Ohio looks to be well represented this year at Nats :D

Texas schools are probably gonna make a comeback (like top 3), and I'm not sure about Solon yet, but pretty sure they're going to be out for blood.

Any event predictions?
Div D! I really like chem, oceanography, and nail polish--not in that order.

Troy HS, co2016.

Feel free to PM me about SciOly or college or whatever! I really enjoy making online friends.

Judging by MIT results (where I will discount potential distance issues on the basis that LASA won last year and Troy won this year) I don't think any of the Texas schools will place top five. As for Solon, I'm not making any predictions until we know who's made it out of Ohio.

Event predictions... eh, I'm too lazy to look through scoresheets right now.
