Wright Stuff 2016
The rules are out and appear to be identical to the proposed rules from the Summer Institute. wing 40 x 6, stab 25 x 5 7g min wt, 1.5gmax rubber and for state and national a bonus of 50% for each of up to 3 dimes carried. 10% bonus for a non white colored wing panel.

A flat sheet of wood will add a lot of extra weight, and it might be difficult to maintain a consistent curve along the span of the wing.depo1213 wrote:is it better for the wing to be a frame with some kind of covering over it or for the wing to be a flat sheet of wood.
