Panda Weasley
Verdigris
Informant: Unome
Note: Since there are not enough officers, Fibonacci924, Panda Weasley and Verdigris. Because of Unome's expressly stated requests, he will remain an informant. If I be nice to him, he will let his guard down, and then, I will strike. After all, genocide is a form of political utopia.
Clue:
The namesake for July will proud if you solve this clue.

Namesake of July: My sources tell me Julius Caesar.
3x4=12
6x4=12
I don't have time to start figuring out the letters.
Who has the number 12 in their name (yes I know 12 may actually not be in their name, but....)?

Okay since I like to procrastinate, I put it into a Caesar cipher solver (because I'm too lazy to actually do it) and used the key 12 and got "l bgcyhi boy". Then because 12 is hinted twice I put it in again, and got giberish. Tried 24 and got nothing as well. So far the first response was the best, it at least had one intelligible word in it. After I was done with the Caesar I tried various other codes, and still got nothing. I even tried Julius Caesar as a key. Does someone else want to try? I have to go back to doing homework now, but I will try to work on it again later.
Assassin: You never gave us a deadline for the first clue (unless it was in the original rules and I just missed it. If that's the case, sorry.)

Did you search the gibberish as a username on here? Some names tend to be like that (although they're usually spam bots)Panda Weasley wrote:Okay since I like to procrastinate, I put it into a Caesar cipher solver (because I'm too lazy to actually do it) and used the key 12 and got "l bgcyhi boy".
