I would assume Unome may be referring to the draft rules. Technically they are only drafts, but they give a decent idea of the event (people who go to some sort of summer conference sees them iirc). Personally I've felt I can figure out aspects of the coming event with or without themhscmom wrote: So, they're out and teams have ordered and received them or are they "hidden" on internet somewhere?

Thanks - yes we have some draft rules and some old rules for events that are coming back (Picture This on B used to be C, Protein Modeling, etc.) We've got a good idea but not the real rules. Looks like the store isn't even taking orders yet.
