ANNOUNCING HARRITON HIGH SCHOOL'S SECOND ANNUAL FESTIVUS!

Hello everybody! I'm pleased to announce to you lovely Olympians that Harriton High School (Southeast PA) is holding our second annual Festivus Science Olympiad Event. Festivus is Harriton's own brand of Olympiad day in which you are invited to come alone or as a team, you can participate with whomever you please in any event, and there are no event conflicts! The only limit to the events you can do is the amount of time slots throughout the day. We invite you to come February 15 to Harriton High School and have an Olympiad competition fun day. Bring your neighbor! Bring your team! Bring your significant other! Bring your A-Game! We hope to see you then.

Hey! We don't quite have the exact times at the moment but I believe it will start around 10:00 and be over around 3:00. I apologize for not having exact times at the moment, but that will be the general idea. Late Morning to Mid Afternoon.

Was the results for last year's rocks and minerals test ever released or that mix up with the samples caused the whole event to go void?

REGISTRATION FOR FESTIVUS 2014 IS NOW LIVE!

Woohoo! Follow this link https://sites.google.com/site/harritonfestivus/home to register now! Each competitor must register individually and teams must volunteer a parent/coach to proctor an event. They will also need to register. We hope to see you soon and let us know about any questions.

When is the deadline for registration? Also, is there a limit to the number of participating teams?

Also, just a question about the invitational format. Will this be a competitive event or will it be more of a fun event? The description says it's a "fun day," but is there some serious aspect to the competition? (What exactly do you mean by a "fun day?)

We're trying to decide whether it will be worth it for our school to participate. With our limited funds, we really want to make the best out of our money.

Thanks
