Make no mistake. This is a kill clue. And a pretty fishy one, at that...I am unsure how fish fit into any of this, but we could draw a very loose link between pounds and the many anglophiles here. It's a real stretch. Yeah, I got nothin'. At any rate, I'm not sure I understand the story. The Assassinator is filling out a tax form, then decides to kill the form? So, the target is paper?

If you wanna go the anglophile route, then it's probably me.

Folks, I really, really don't think it's her. I was more thinking aloud than anything. It more likely has to do with fish, but what that would be remains unclear.

I think it may be Crazy Puny Man. The sassy was catching small(Puny) fish, had to fill out taxes(The kind of thing man would do), and went crazy and decided to stab it.

Man, yall are so far off track that I could swear you got salmon in your nose. The clue seemed a minnow to vague, so I toss'd a hand grenade in the water to clear it up a bit. Also, get the water out o' your ears. Ben Franklin once said "Nothing is certain except fish and taxes", but he's dead wrong on both counts. This clue ain't the slightest bit fishy.

My initial thought was robotman. He's very good about enforcing rules, and with the current rules (or lack thereof) he's vulnerable. Also, taxes... Taxes - Texas?
