I looked it up in google maps. 250, 60 are the coordinates, and 50th street is smack dab in the middle of palm beach.

Cedavis6 sneaks up behind thehydrogenpoptart readies her lemon. Just as she's about to just about to jump out and squeeze it into her eyes, the lemon spontaneously combusts and turns into ash. As Cedavis6 is cursing at her scorched hand, mrburrito walks up to thehydrogenpoptart and throws his accusation lemonade into her face. mrburrito ends up with a black eye and spends that night in jail, while thehydrogenpoptart walks free.

So, we have three colors, two blocks of letters, and 'image.'
Thoughts:
Colors are target's school colors?
Colors are red, white, and blue, the american flag(which is an image). Can that be used to target to anyone? Perhaps someone with a flag in their avatar/sig?
The letters, when decoded, may work alongside the colors to produce the target?

The color is the bright red I posted.
