Every account I don't have as a friend has "Remove Foe" on their profile. I click the link, and it does nothing. Is this a glitch?

This has already been addressed in previous threads in this forum; essentially it doesn't matter since the foe feature is disabled (that is, you still interact with everyone normally, this does nothing to hinder it). So don't lose any sleep over it. If it really bothers you, then think of it as a brutal metaphor for the overwhelming crushing hopelessness and pessimism of society.
