I disagree. Basically, for the past 4 months there has been breaks on and off. Most are fairly recent. Is that not break enough? Also, a break will only be a mistake. I have a bad feeling that taking a short break could harm the game. People could lose interest and forget about the games. It is *harder to resume something after a period of time than it is to just continue it. Some of the best games occur in the summer. People have more time on their hands to spend on here. They are not stressed out with schoolwork and other things. Throughout my shortish time here, I have realized that summer holds some of the best sassy games. Now, we wouldn't want to miss an opportunity to miss good games with good, older players? Now would we? Besides this is just what the game needs. More better games and fewer spans without anything happening.

To gain a general opinion on when to restart, please take the following survey. (Guests may take it too.) Thanks.

*Harder in general; there are some exceptions.

^Agreed.

Is there a way we can monitor the survey?

Not that I know of, but as of right now, there is not much data. I'll keep you informed about the general opinions when we get more.

How many have taken part?

EDIT: Ok, I am SO sick of this Sassy's inactivity! Someone find a way to get him back on or something, I've had it with him!

EDIT: If that sounds rude, I apologise, but we need to fix this. NOW.

EDIT: Title.

This is your friendly reminder to take the survey if you have not already taken it.

Greetings, this is EpicFailOlympian. For good or naught, I have wrested control of this account. As it seems, nobody has bothered to change the email after my game. I'm willing to listen to opinions to the future game. I apologize to whoever the other Assassinator is, but your inactivity has forced my hand.

I feel that this is the time to share the results of the survey.
10 people responded. That is not really that great of a turnout, but it is better than nothing. Thanks everyone who took the time to fill out the survey.
It seems, in general, newer people tend to favor the game restarting sooner, rather than later. Older players, and people who haven't played in a while, tend to not want this game to resume so soon, if ever.
What people voted

Code: Select all

Now 30% 3
Resume after clue solved 20% 2
1 week break 10% 1
2 week break 10% 1
3 week break 0% 0
1 month break 10% 1
Never 20% 2
So, basically, 50% of people want the game to resume now. Many times, it takes a few days to get a new assassinator, so that person who wants a 1 week break would get part of what they want.

Now, I suggest discussing possible rule changes for a day or so and allow everyone to travel back home and get back to their normal lives.
Who gets to decide the next assassinator?
