The staff would like to remind our users that this site is not the official place for event and rule clarifications. One of the main purposes of the building event threads is to share ideas, designs, and results amongst our community. Posts asking specifically for rules clarifications unnecessarily obstruct this goal.

Rules clarifications and frequently asked questions can be found and asked on the national website. The national website is the only place where official rules clarifications will be made. Be sure to ask your coach to ask local tournament directors to check if they are also following the national clarifications and FAQ's. Different tournaments could have different and even conflicting paradigms on the rules, but the decision of the tournament director is final.

Don't let this discourage you from sharing your ideas and asking questions on the event threads. We only ask that you be aware that rules clarifications should be reserved for the national website and your local tournament directors.
