I have overturned the capitol of Panem and have appointed myself the new head gamemaker. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I was born and raised in District 3. When I was 14, I kidnapped a Capitol citizen and stole his identity. Every year, I would watch these competitions that are commonly known as the Hunger Games. I fell in love with watching people die and dreamed about being a game maker. 42 years later, my dream is finally becoming a reality. I, the Assassinator, have been killing adults since I was 19. This is my first time killing teenagers. I hope my dream will come true. To achieve my dream while being entertained, I am reinstating the Hunger Games. But this time, I have decided to make a rule change. Instead of selecting 2 tributes from each district, I am going to accept everyone, up to 12 people total, who volunteer to be tributes. Civilians will become your mentors and help lead you to victory. Your job will be to solve clues to avoid dying. Find my identity, and you can escape from the force field surrounding the arena.

The rules are as follows.

1) There will be no eating poisoned berries.

2) The tributes will be everyone, up to 12 people, who posts in the next 24 hours. Put in a bit of thought before posting. If you have not been around for awhile, it is less likely that you will be able to identify me.

3) People will get murdered. However, I will not kill administrators or moderators. In return, I ask that they not reveal my identity.

4) Every clue, the 5 tributes can protect anyone. They will each last 48 hours. A correct protect will be rewarded by an accusation.

5) I will provide clues that plainly point to my next victim, and occasionally to myself.

6) I will write entertaining and mildly gruesome accounts of my killing.

7) I win after 15 incorrect accusations, but the number needed for me to win goes down with each kill.

8) I give myself the right to add rules if necessary. Do not fear, I will not say that 2 tributes may win and later change my mind.
