Isn't that question more for the PA thread, considering where Athens is. Also, I think in general we are just trying to plan for the year now. I am hoping we go back to Athens because it was fun and all. We'll see. The official info for it doesn't even seem to be up yet, is it? Aside from that one date on the PA wiki I mean.
True true, but we aren't necessarily a team expected to win states this year, so I'm really only concerned about New York teams going to Athens as well and how we compare to them. What team are you from?

I am from syo ;). That's Syosset in case you didn't know. But hey, you (Columbia) did well last year still. I am honestly not sure who will win this year. Of course, I am hoping that we make nats, but we will have to see how FM/Ward/you/the rest of the teams do. So again, should be interesting. But does that mean Columbia is going? I think if all the NY teams say they are going that's more incentive for them to go ;). Hopefully my team will get the money/whatnot together, if we do hope to see you/others.

Our team is determined to make enough money to go this year. And yeah this year is looking to be quite eventful. It'd sure be exciting to see a change in leaders, since FM/Ward have been domination for so long now. So to answer your question, yes Columbia is going, and I'm hoping to see all the NY Power teams there too.

It was FM's coach (unless Ward's retired too, but I believe not). But don't think that will stop them from getting 1st; I hear that their new coach is still pretty good (I am not sure, but perhaps was around already), and I think that since the people who still had the work ethic from the old coach are still around they probably won't go down easily after just one year without the coach. So again, it's a we will see.
Oh, and you reminded me that I met your astro people last year at states.

Um I believe that was Ben and Eric? They're cool. You may or may not see them again, the team is really competitive with-in our school, wo we'll se who comes back.

Gah, why aren't the trial events posted? I'd email someone to ask about when they are expected to be posted, but I don't want to sound pushy.
