Do these have to be from the list?

I guess it doesn't really matter. It'd be cool if they were birds that lived in the US so we could seem smart identifying birds everywhere we go

I agree with the point that it looks like a vireo. I also want to say that I know I am answering this 7 years later :) Hopefully someone will see. Since you said it's not on the list, I dug through my field guide and looked at the pictures of every vireo in it that was not on the list. My guess is least bell's vireo, but I'm not certain. In the picture I'm looking at, the head is way bigger and the beak is more pointed but the eye and general build looks similar.
