4th...this game is off to a negative start.
I do, however, like the reversion to the older rules.

It'll get better. I have decided to devote myself to the clues a bit more, and maybe I'll accuse the Sassy correctly.
I swear, I'm not the Sassy.

Good. Now that we have five officers we can begin the gruesome murders. My first victim will be killed as an act of jealously. You see, sixteen years ago he stole the nobel prize for chemistry from me. I felt that my periodic table displaying ways to kill people with each of the elements was a much greater achievement than what he did. Unfortunately, the nobel committee did not feel the same way. They said that my project was "not in good taste." Bah. What do they know about taste? I don't care if my victim is nearing seventy five years old, he will not live to see another day!

In the good old days, there was a nice tradition of targeting naps first. Since we have gone back to these good times, I protect paleonaps.

This clue is hilarious.
Elements 16 and 75 are sulfur and rhenium.
The winners of the 1996 nobel prize were Robert Curl, Harold Kroto, and Richard Smalley.

Even if I'm not allowed to post, I'm gonna say I'm pretty sure this clue is more straightforward than that... I think the answer is pretty literally right there in the clue for once.
EDIT: oh, never mind, the original post got edited.

Robert Curl: born in 1933 (78 years old)
Harold Kroto: born in 1939 (72 years old)
Richard Smalley: born in 1943 (69 years old)

Harold Kroto seems the closest to "nearly 75 years old"
