How do I put my User Page into the User Page Category?

I just made a user page. I looked at the user page category, and it's not there. How do I move it?

You would add [[Category:User Pages]] to the page. (It has already been added)
Edit the Wiki.
Upload to the Image Gallery
[medals]Get Medals[/medals]
