I agree. IMO we need to make it easier for majority instead of minority.foreverphysics wrote:Or...y'know, maybe, just maybe we can stick with Luo's original plan. Is that at all possible, do you think?

Let's stick with 9 p.m. on Friday 5/18 at the main entrance of UCF Arena. That will be convenient and easily located regardless of whether people have maps, how clearly the tables are labeled, etc.

Sounds like a plan. I'll be the girl in the ultra bright pink t-shirt and pink headband!Luo wrote:Let's stick with 9 p.m. on Friday 5/18 at the main entrance of UCF Arena. That will be convenient and easily located regardless of whether people have maps, how clearly the tables are labeled, etc.

I'll be in the same shirt as last year (a subway design) with NAPS written on the back in bubble letters.

Re: Scioly.org Meet-Up at Nationals
Just a note to all: they've been tweaking the schedule for the opening ceremony, and it now looks like the ceremony might go a bit later than previously expected, so if the ceremony doesn't end until 9 then just go to the main entrance of UCF Arena immediately after the conclusion of the ceremony.
