it's either black or frosted hawthorn, I'm going to go with black, and can anybody tell the difference??

Correct, I'm not that sure on the difference, but it seems that the Frosted Hawthorne's flowers come in smaller bunches
Edit: The Black Hawthorne's flowers are larger

by the way guys, I would post this on the main forestry thread, but nobody looks at that, so I'll put it here.

this website has a list of a whole bunch of trees in N. America and a lot of the trees on the National Tree List are here. If you click on the link it gives you tons of great info and pictures as well. I've found it really helpful, so I thought I might share it with you guys
