I almost wanna say it's calcite, based on the rhombohedral shape it cleaves into. I wish I could touch it to be sure

selenite gypsum? Obviously not my first guess but i've exhausted all my other choices. after this I'll leave this question to someone who knows what they're doing

Yes! It had some kind of inclusion (I want to say strontium) that colored it that light blue hue. Your turn!
