I think California is the most competitive west coast state. For a few years Washington was very competitive with Canyon Park and ExCEL placing top 5 at nats. But the east coast states are the most competitive.

Are you sure Z? I think MO isn't very competitive. Sure, there are Ladue and Pembroke, but if you ever seen how big a margin they win at states, it's ridiculous.

I'm in the process of plugging numbers, but probably won't get done for awhile because I have other Science Olympiad-related things I have to do which are a bit more important (i.e. actual events)

Good point. But as far as it goes, it's only those three teams for Division B jockeying for those two bids to nats.
