SUNY-Ulster was a decent place to hold the NY Division B competion. I liked the open spaces and I had never known how much open space there was in NY. I've heard that most of NY is rural but I've only seen the NYC area before the SO state competion. Rarely did I have a cell signal there though.
If you're willing to post it here, what hotels did you guys in Division B stay at?

We stayed there, and I think Gelinas, Murphy and St. Mary's Elementary also stayed there.

I'm pretty sure that's where we stayed.... we weren't wearing our shirts on Friday night.. and the shirt itself only has C.P. Weber on it in the front where you can't really see it unless you're standing very close to the person.. but I'm positive we were there.

There was a school that also stayed in the Marriott, but I'm not sure who it was. If you saw about fifty kids coming in late, most wearing white, then it might have been you!

We shot for 14 meters, and were only a few inches off, but we got 7th place, which I'm content with.

The only thing I disliked about Ulster was that the Sumbot finals were held on a stage off to the side in the gym. There were about 30 people crowding around the area trying to get a look, but I'm not even sure some people knew it was going on.

I think it must have been more than 30. The bleachers were crowded sinced there was an excellent view from there too but I didn't bother to struggle and find a seat. I just played ultimate frisby outside in the field around where Bottle Rocket was being held.
