What two genus can these be?
What time period for each one?
What were they used for? (at least two different theories)

Well, considering that 'Deinonychus' is engraved into the pedestal of the first one, that's probably it. The second claw could be that of a Velociraptor. I don't have my binder handy, so for time period I'll guess Cretaceous for both and the claws could probably be used for hunting or defense.
