Okay, so here is what we have so far:

Date: Friday, May 6, 2011
Time- ?
Place: Outside of the cafe/Rock Wall in the Rec Center at A&M

I think we should have one specific spot in the cafe area where we are going to congregate for the meet. I agree that making a sign is a really good idea, because last year we just said the cafe in general and I couldn't tell if they were members for the scioly thing or not. We may also want to get nametags that we can write our usernames on.

Robotman, you want to see if you can email the state directors and make this an official event? We were thinking about doing that last year, but I don't think it ever happened.

Eh, I don't think there are enough members to make it an official event. I think we should just make a sign or something. And as for the time, how about the second time slot so that way we have enough time to get in and settled before we meet up?

Coolio, so like, how about the first person who gets there puts the sign up? As in, if you get there and see no sign the cafe, you could put one up if you want. I'll personally make sure there's a sign there, i have nothing better to do, LOL.

And hmm... also, how about like, everyone that's gonna go, put your USERNAME on some tag/tape/whatever thing on the sleeve of your shirt? so it's easy to see and identify you. :D

I'm not going to predict for C, because I honestly have no idea. I just have a feeling State this year is going to be very interesting.
