Ok, something's a little odd here. The two =='s show that it's clearly a base64 cipher, but decoded it comes out to Õ½Ùµµ™Åéé¹èĀ Also, the # doesn't make any difference when decoding a base64

Also, the clues. The last kill clue was directed towards paleonaps. That base 64 number is 'airport' in Estonian backwards. The #1 largest airport in the world is in Atlanta. Atlanta is also the home of the Atlanta Falcons.
'G6' was referring to flying, I post in the helicopter threads a lot.
'They're saying CBB's back' is a reference to 'All I Do is Win' by DJ Khaled. CBB are Ludacris' initials.
