A few indications that you know that you are a nerd that I have experienced.

I pointed out to my math teacher that one of the calculators couldn't add place value correctly.
I argued with my math teacher that the slant height of perpendicular bases on a rectangular pyramid aren't equal and won the argument (That is the usefulness of the Pythagorean Theorem.).
I received an electronics kit (made by an electronics company, not the company that make the snap circuit sets) for my birthday and am happy about getting it.
