No, seriously. You just input your score. You can also see how others are doing.

So it ranks you as compared to other people, or just serves as a way to remember you placings?

It's more just a way of saying, "I got 100% on this test I'm awezom!!!1!!" or "I got a perfect build score, just wanted to let everyone know" or something like that. You can also see other scores- you know what, why don't you just check it out yourself?
