I Go to Mill Creek Middle School in Lenexa, Kansas. It's close enough to Olathe though it's closer to Shawnee. So idk you might have gone here or not...

haha, we have had SO many qualifying things. but THIS is what happened today (more funny than wierd i guess)
so I am a science assistant to the 7th grade teachers, and i was supposed to help with the frog dissection, as we were getting the dissection trays ready a student came and asked where the frogs were. One of the teachers answered "we are using oranges and they are in the gray bin over there"
i thought they were joking... oops -- it was explained that the frogs had not arrived so since our sci oly team has a surplus of oranges, they would be using those for their dissection practice. So they dissected oranges... with a scalpel and probe etc.
as Mr.L was explaining the goal-- leave your orange as undamaged as possible and retrieve all of the seeds from inside following a set of directions given
a student raised his hand and in a timid voice said "but Mr.L - the bag your holding says seedless oranges." you should have seen the look on the teachers face... anyway fail dissection of fruits... hopefully we do the frogs in a few weeks.
No matter what the experiment's result, there will always be someone eager to:(a) misinterpret it(b) fake it, or (c) believe it supports his own pet theory.

There have been kids in my reading class who have tripped on upside down chairs...On purpose. There have been tarot card readings, code names, my friend usually refuses to sit down during lunch unless the teachers make her.
I got 2nd place in WIDI Kansas state competition in 2010-2011!

So tis a Friday aftenoon, 8th period at Kellenberg Memorial in Uniondale, NY, and It's snowing outside. You're a sophomore in Study hall in the Cafeteria. in the lobby, ajacent to the cafeteria, a Maitenence Man is cleaning out the bird cage. All of a sudden, you look up, and theres a parrot fling around the cafeteria, and students are ducking underneath the tables for cover. Your old English teacher who's moderating study hall, Mrs. Marconi, who's terrified of Birds, (She'd never be an ornithologist, becuase one day in the courtyard a pidgeon flew past her head and she felt the wing brush her face, now she's terrified of birds) is SCREAMING "HELP! HELP! SOMEONE HELP!!" The Maitenence Man runs in, to see what the commotion is, and holds up his hand and whisltes. The bird flys over and lands on his finger.
The Study Hall Applauds.
OOPS! THERE GOES THE PARROT! He then flys off around the cafeteria. The Screaming Resumes.
The Maitenence Man, whistles again and the bird flys over. The cafeteria study hall is silent.

He Apologizes, walks out of the cafeteria.

AND THEN...................................................................................... Nothing. The student's noses go back into their books. Silent study hall resumes.
Veuillez agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l'expression de mes sentiments distingués
