Weird things that have happened at your school?

that reminds me in 5th grade there we found a burned cat up on the field it was nasty looking and recess was stopped early, that whole year was full of messed up animals, a dead squirrel be the swings, deformed rats, messed up pidgins it was an interesting year

at one of the local elementary schools there was a guy walking around the paths near the school with a shotgun

wow. my elementary school was in the middle of nowhere. seriously if you didnt go to the school then you probably had no clue it existed. there were 7 rooms in the school and the gym/caf/music room/art room/auditorium/Spanish room [yes all of those were in the same room] was the size of a normal class room.

WOW! our district must be good because the worst thing we have had happen is a guy got in trouble for looking up girls skirts at the 50's dance. he just got locked in the closet with the SRO outside untill his parents came.

how did food, pastels, spanish, AND basketballs all coexist in one room that seems CRAZY

Lunch only took up 40 minutes of the day because lunch was 10 minutes for each grade and there are grades 1-4. Kindergarten doesn't get lunch. The lunch tables were foldable so when it wasnt lunch time they were all flolded up on the side of the gym. We only had specialists one day a week because the 4 elementary schools shared the same teacher so for example my spanish teacher was also the spanish teacher at the 3 other schools. I remember that monday was spanish day, tuesday was gym day, wednesday was music day, thursday was art day and friday was also gym day. All of the classes would go down to the gym at a special time to do those things. The piano for music was kept on the side of the gym and the balls for gym were kept on the stage. I believe each specialist was only 30 minutes long but i forget. It was no longer than 45 minutes though.

10 min lunches wow you elementary school is messed up

why how long was your lunch?? i found 10 minutes to be reasonable. At the middle school it increased to 20 minutes [became 15 once u got to the lunch room]. It's 20 at the high school as well but my locker is on the other side of the building and i take awhile so once i get up there it becomes 10 minutes.

WOW in elementary school we had 30 min, middle school about 35, and high school we have 45 min 10 min would be enough time to get food for me!
