A) Someone in the eastern time zone who posted during school
B) Someone in the central time zone posted during school, though from experience it takes a few minutes to post, and if most schools begin at 8:00 the assassinator would have to get on almost right away
C) Someone in the mountain time zone posted before school (Coloradoans?)
D) Someone in the pacific time zone posted before school (Though there aren't many)

They also might be a grad.

Edit: after writing it backwards, i moved the decimal so it looked like this:

plugged it in and got results in the middle of the ocean, off the coast of New Zealand, and off the coast of Japan.
