wow really?! youve never heard about them?! overdue fees is just something you have to pay if your book is overdue, or whatever you checked out from that library. For example, my library charges ten cents for every day a picture book is overdue. for dvds and textbooks and things like that, they charge more.

My, sarcasm has interesting results. Actually, my sister works at our local library. I never check anything out there, our school library has a much better selection.
