Re: Electric Vehicle C

No matter how good of a builder you are, I still haven't found a substitute for the testing and tweaking.

This applies to all the building events and any engineering work in general. I have never built any SO building event and had worked right away just as I expected it to. I actually spent at ...

Re: Electric Vehicle C

Relative to my posts, on the image gallery. I've asked them to be removed because the builder, the team, and the school are, EXTREMELY, upset that pictures have been posted of the winning EV design here in Northern California. Re: MINNESOTA Keep The Heat In

Well a thermos is actually pretty simple, its just a double walled container with a vacuum in between the two walls. Of course making one might be slightly harder, you might need a vacuum pump to pull good vacuum.

Re: Electric Vehicle C

The basic formula for the turning radius is R=\frac {L}{ sin(90^{\circ} -\theta)}
where L = length of wheelbase (distance between the axles)
theta= angle the axle is turned with respect to the the center line

If we were to increase the wheel base L then according to this formula the turning radius ...

Re: Worst thing a teacher has done to you

Now looking back I actually find it pretty amusing. :mrgreen:
