I know I'm late to this but I wouldn't recommend trying to build a super tall rocket like "bottle rocket" did, I tried it and it weighs it down. There's not really any use to it.

Hello, I am using a circular parachute but have no idea how to make it deploy consistently. I works semi well but is completely luck based and I don't want to risk it for my next competition. Any ideas would help! Thanks.
